About the Journal

The Scholar Journal of Health Sciences is a biannual, peer-reviewed open-access journal that was created to serve as a medium for the publication of research findings in health sciences in Nigeria and elsewhere. It publishes original articles, systemic reviews, metanalysis, review articles, case reports, case series, short communication, letters/emails to the editor, and meetings and conference proceedings. The journal is dedicated to offering high-quality information on all aspects of health sciences including health in humanitarian crises.

The Scholars is an open-access journal, and articles are distributed under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). All published content is freely available, which allows users to read, download, copy, remix, tweak, print, distribute, crawl them for indexing, pass them as data to software, or use them for any other lawful purpose and build upon the work non-commercially if appropriate credit is given.
